SPN REQUEST FOR INTERNSHIP 495 AND CO-OP 496/7
Internship AND Co-op course requests can be made through the Canvas page at the following link. Please read all information regarding the criteria before submitting.
Please be patient as it takes time to review each request.
PREREQUISITE OVERRIDE REQUESTS
Prerequisite override requests are made by using the Google Form and approved by the undergraduate director and the faculty appropriate to the course.
An SPN will not help you register for a course you are missing a prerequisite for. Please be patient as it takes time to review each request.
SPN REQUESTS FOR CLOSED SECTIONS AND LEVEL RESTRICTIONS
SPN requests for a closed course, or a course containing a level restriction such as “Senior only”, please use the following link to fill out the Form to make your request. Requests are only accepted through the form (not through email) and responded to in order of receipt.
Please do not send requests before registration has begun or before classes have filled up.
We are aware of when classes are full and the stress this causes students with fulfilling requirements and getting your schedule set. We will do whatever we can wherever we can to get you registered. In the case that it is not possible please have a backup plan or alternate course choice.
We will send out SPNs after all students have had their chance to register and as space is available in a course. (We will not be sending SPNs every day, please do not email asking the status.
Please do not email the instructor, SPN requests are tracked and distributed in the order received and if there is space in the classroom by the department.
NOTE: Contact Kevin Wine at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any web form issues.
