Mike McLaughlin,
Verizon
Mike McLaughlin is a distinguished alumni from the Rutgers School of Engineering. After graduating in 2012, Mike started working for Verizon in their Leadership Development Program. Through this program Mike has been afforded the opportunity to take on roles with increasing responsibility in product development, software/hardware development, capacity planning, operations, new technology development , construction, project management, and national capital management. Mike currently leads an organization that is responsible for the planning and construction of power, space, and cooling capacity within Verizon's data centers and telecom facilities. Mike's team is also responsible for all facility standards globally and Verizon's energy OPEX budget.
Throughout Mike's career he has pursued continuous education. In 2017, Mike graduated with a MS in Technology Management from Steven's Institute of Technology and in 2023 he graduated with an MBA from Rutgers School of Business.
