Research: Multifunctional nanostructured biosensors, UV detectors, biointerfacing of ZnO, Sensor-on-food-packaging (SoFP) Microelectronic device fabrication and characterization.

Research: ZnO-based thin film transistor technology for high energy applications, smart displays, reconfigurable electronics, silicon on glass

 

Yang Zhang

Research: ZnO nanostructure-based resistive memory (memristors) for reconfigurable electronics and sensor arrays.

 

Rui Li

Research: Epitaxial and nanostructured growth of ZnO and its ternary allows for various substrates such as GaN, glass, Si, etc. for applications in tunable SAW sensors, TFT and resistive memory devices.

Research: Device fabrication and characterization for TFT-related device applications.
