Professor Jeff Walling and his colleagues made the top 100 downloads for all of IEEE for December 2011 for their publication "A switch-capacitor RF power amplifier". Their article is #62 in the list of most downloaded IEEE publications. The original publication appeared in the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits in December 2011.
Professor Peter Meer and his former PhD student Dorin Comaniciu (currently Global Technology Head, Image Analytics and Informatics at Siemens) also made the top 100 IEEE list at #60 for their publication "Mean shift: a robust approach toward feature space analysis" that appeared in the IEEE Transactions On Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence in May 2002.
