How can I check the status of my application?

All students who provide a valid email address on their online application will receive an immediate email response confirming its receipt. You may check the status of your application at Your Rutgers Status screen. You will need your nine-digit ID number or your assigned student identification number and your PIN to access this secure site.

I have received my GED. Which requirements apply to me?

If you have a GED you must be certain to provide the following documents in support of your application: 1. An official report of your GED examination scores. 2. Transcripts from any high school you attended regardless of the length of enrollment. 3. Transcripts from any college you have attended. Please note that courses taken in math, science, and foreign language at another college may be used to satisfy entrance requirements.

Where do I get verification of being a full time student?

To get verification of being a full time student, contact the Office of Verifications in ASB, Room 200L at (732) 445-7000. Students can also request full time enrollment via the Registrar's website. You can find more information on transcripts and verification  here.

The Warren Township Committee announced the results of the Township Utility Hazard Inventory and Remediation Project conducted by a group of volunteers known as the "Warren Township Utility Advisory Committee (WTUAC)."

The Hazard Inventory was conducted in the fall of 2013 to:

ThermoVolt semifinalist at the 2014 MIT Clean Energy Prize

ECE alumnus Todd Katz' startup company, ThermoVolt, was one of seven start-up companies from around the country this year selected in renewable energy to compete for the MIT Clean Energy Prize. ThermoVolt is a direct result of Todd's Capstone project at ECE Rutgers in 2013.

The team's capstone project had won first prize at the 2013 ECE Capstone competition.

Prof. D. Raychaudhuri receives 2014 ECEDHA Innovative Program Award

Prof. Dipankar Raychaudhuri, Distinguished Professor and Director of  WINLAB received the 2014 Innovative Program Award by the ECE Department Heads Association (ECEDHA). The awards ceremony took place at the ECEDHA Annual Conference and ECExpo, in Napa, CA, on March 24.

ECE faculty member, Dr. Kristin Dana, was the computer vision task leader on the RABIT bridge deck assessment tool developed by CAIT (Rutgers Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation) and the Federal Highway Administration. The project received the 2014 Charles Pankow Award for Innovation at the ASCE Opal Awards ceremony in Arlington, VA on March 20, 2014. The computer vision group included ECE graduate students Parneet Kaur and Prateek Prasanna.

This award is an important opportunity for the Rutgers Engineering community to recognize the special achievements and contributions of its dedicated faculty members.

This is the second year in a row that an ECE Faculty received this award; Dr. Wade Trappe was recipient of the   2013 Outstanding Engineering Faculty Award.
